Where parking charges apply, the customer ordering the service is responsible for them. Parking costs will be invoiced to the customer after the work is completed.

By submitting this service order and payment guarantee, the customer guarantees payment of diagnostic and repair costs of at least €250 including VAT, without further notice or a quotation from the service provider. This amount includes 1 hour of work, 1 call-out and the estimated minimum materials required.

At the customer's request, the service provider will prepare a written quotation after diagnosing the refrigeration equipment. This service order and payment guarantee is treated as a one-off contract for work between the service provider and the customer.
