Descaling
The machine makes its full output again and the cubes are the right size.

An ice machine works with water, and water leaves scale behind. If it is not removed regularly, the machine makes less ice, the cubes get smaller and power use goes up. A biological film in the water system is a food safety issue, because the ice goes straight into drinks.
During a service we descale the machine, clean and sanitise the water system and the bin, check the water filter, pump and condenser, and run a test at the end. We sell Scotsman and Hoshizaki ice machines and service ice machines on site.

The machine is running and you get a recommended date for the next service.
Manufacturers usually recommend cleaning and descaling at least twice a year. Hard water and heavy use call for more frequent service; we will suggest the right interval after the first visit.
The price is the call-out plus working time: in Tallinn on a working day, a call-out of €43.40 (up to 15 km) or €55.80 and €68.20 per hour on site, incl. VAT. Cleaning agents and parts are charged as used.
Tell us what you need. We will reply with a price and recommendation within one working day.
