About this product

Description

On a longer line in a production kitchen, the BRS1111M offers 365 litres of freezer space behind four doors, topped by a flat worktop without an upstand. The technical compartment is on the left and the condensing unit is installed separately; it is not supplied, nor are the copper pipes and cables.

The 4 cm AISI 304 worktop has a sound-deadening underlay and the body is one piece of the same steel. Triple Action magnetic gaskets seal the doors, which stop at 95° and can be re-hinged with an accessory. Control is by a touch thermometer-thermostat with an RS485 port, and a solenoid valve is standard.

Fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost, R452A refrigerant. Gross volume 565 litres, 60 mm insulation, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% RH). Dimensions 2050 × 700 × 900 mm, net weight 152 kg, 220–240 V and 960 W.
