Glass-door refrigerator Gram Compact GR400

Temperature stability matters most in a professional kitchen, and the Compact GR400 is built around it. Its glass door and integrated LED light give a clear view of chilled stock, while the 595 mm width suits kitchens and serving areas where space is limited. In the one-piece vacuum-formed polystyrene chamber, moulded supports carry 5 nylon-coated wire shelves with anti-tilt protection.

The door locks, can be re-hung on the other side and has a handle running its full height; the magnetic gasket comes off for cleaning. Choose between adjustable legs (135–200 mm) and 128 mm castors. Fan-assisted cooling restores the temperature quickly after the door is opened, and defrosting is automatic.
