Gross volume is 1301 litres and each shelf takes one GN 2/1 or two GN 1/1 containers. The large compartments hold three GN 2/1 grid shelves on removable guide rails.
The stainless-steel doors have a full-length handle and a self-closing hinge that also holds them open. Fan-assisted cooling and an anti-corrosion evaporator cover maintain 0…+8 °C, and defrost water is evaporated with hot gas. LED lighting and a lock are optional.
