Gross volume is 858 litres and net 609 litres; with 40 rack positions at 30 mm spacing on 20 pairs of AISI 304 runners, trays can be spaced to suit the product. The body is one-piece AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded internal corners and a diamond-treated bottom with a drain hole.
The evaporator sits outside the compartment, a fan moves the air and hot-gas defrost only runs when needed. Relative humidity can be set to 75% or 90%. Opening the door stops the fan and switches on the LED light.
