From the portal the cabinet can be monitored and controlled in real time, with export and display of the data log and process indicators.
Two doors open onto a 1019-litre GN 2/1 compartment. Press-formed stainless-steel sides carry the shelves in 20 positions at 55 mm spacing; 6+2 plastic-coated shelves and 3 connection grids are included. The evaporator is placed outside the compartment, cooling is fan-assisted and defrost is automatic with electric elements.
