About this product

Description

Hoshizaki built the Premier K 60 L DR around 400 × 600 mm Euronorm trays (EN 1/1), the size common in bakery and pastry work. The cabinet is just 610 mm wide but 848 mm deep, so trays go in lengthways and the cabinet fits a narrow stretch of wall. Four shelves, fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and an electronic controller with display.

The door locks and the lighting is LED. On R600a it uses only 0.78 kWh per 24 h (class A, 286 kWh a year), with 335 litres net and 46 dBA.
