About this product

Description

The Hoshizaki Premier KG W80 L DR is a glass-door cabinet on the W80 body: 700 litres gross in 810 mm of width and 728 mm of depth. Wide GN 2/1 pans are visible through the glass, so the cook knows where to reach before opening the door. Four shelves, fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost, with +2…+12 °C set on an electronic controller with display.

The door locks and the interior has LED lighting. Daily use is 1.19 kWh (class B, 435 kWh a year), with 475 litres net and 46 dBA.
