Refrigerated counter with a fan-cooled well KSK/V-1206

A fan-cooled well is what separates the KSK/V-1206 from its statically cooled counterpart: air is circulated through the well, which is meant for food in GN containers. It holds three GN 1/1 150 containers. Below the worktop are six drawers, each taking one GN 1/1 150 container.

They open to 110% on retraction-locking runners that can be swapped quickly if needed. A top or serving shelf can be ordered with the well. Range +2…+8 °C, digital thermostat and automatic defrost.
