Both cupboards have 8 pairs of runners for GN 1/1 50 containers, and the worktop has a fan-cooled well for three GN 1/1 150 containers. A shelf on the runners can be ordered for the cupboards, and the well is also offered with a top or serving shelf.
A digital thermostat controls the cooling and defrost is automatic. Temperature range +2…+8 °C. The 29 kg quick-change refrigeration unit uses 130 g of R290; rated power 600 W on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply.
