Each section has two drawers for GN 1/1 containers, eight in all, keeping ingredients within reach below the worktop. The built-in refrigeration unit runs on the natural refrigerant R290.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps every drawer at an even temperature, and defrost is automatic. Cabinet and interior are stainless steel, and the counter stands on 130–180 mm legs. Adjustable temperature −2…+8 °C, capacity 625 litres gross and 256 litres net.
