Everything takes GN 1/1 pans, and gross volume is 590 litres. Behind the door is an epoxy-coated GN 1/1 grid shelf with 13 height positions, 36 mm apart.
The stainless-steel drawers have perforated bottoms and telescopic slides. A touch-screen controller with an energy-saving mode and HACCP alarm runs the fan-assisted cooling, and defrost is automatic. Temperature range 0…+8 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), refrigerant R600a, energy use 1.6 kWh per 24 h (energy class A), rated power 162 W.
