That layout works well on a line where many small portions are prepared in advance. The refrigeration unit is built in, so no separate condensing unit is needed.
The controls and the machine compartment sit behind a pivoting front panel, and a ventilation grille in the front keeps the cooling system cool. Defrost water is evaporated by hot gas from the compressor. Net volume 191 litres, 3.07 kWh per 24 h (class C, 1119 kWh a year), 253 W, 2017 × 600 × 850 mm, 146 kg net.
