Description

Eleven drawers, mixing half-height and one-third-height, give the ETP-7-225-011 HC the most drawers in the series. It suits a line with many different ingredients that each need their own place, such as the hot or cold line of a restaurant with a wide menu. All drawers are stainless steel with perforated bases on self-closing runners.

The refrigeration is built in, with controls and ventilation behind a pivoting front panel. Net volume 196 litres, 4.78 kWh per 24 h (1746 kWh a year), 55 dBA, 181 kg net.
