The door section suits back-up stock and larger containers, while the four drawers hold ingredients ready for service. The counter belongs to the Green Line and is rated for climate class 5.
Behind the door is one GN 1/1 grid shelf on removable guides. The drawers are stainless steel with perforated bottoms and full extension. The door has no lock.
The worktop is 30 mm polyurethane-filled stainless steel with a 100 mm upstand, and insulation is 60 mm. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost. Set between 0 and +8 °C, the counter offers 403 litres gross and 207 litres net.
