This layout suits a line that needs both back-up storage and quick access to the most-used ingredients. Each solid door has a GN 1/1 grid shelf on removable guides.
The four stainless-steel drawers have perforated bottoms and full extension. The doors have no lock. On top is a 30 mm polyurethane-filled stainless-steel worktop with a 100 mm upstand.
