Refrigerated counter ISA Multiservice

The ISA Multiservice is a refrigerated counter for pastry kitchens, with an interior laid out for EN 60×40 trays (600 × 400 mm). It comes with two, three or four doors and three top options: SPX without a top, PX with a stainless-steel worktop, and AX with a stainless-steel worktop and rear upstand.

Behind each door are four stainless-steel racks with 16 positions at a 30 mm pitch, a pair of 608 mm stainless C-rails for EN 60×40 trays, a pair of anti-tip C-guides and one white plastic-coated EN 60×40 shelf. The self-closing doors are reversible and come solid or fully glazed.

Insulation is 80 mm of cyclopentane foam. Fan-assisted cooling holds −1…+5 °C, with off-cycle defrost, R290 refrigerant and a hermetic compressor. Climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% RH), energy class A.

Widths 1510, 2110 and 2700 mm, height 830 mm. Options include swivel castors with brakes, extra shelves and stainless-steel trays of 600 × 400 × 20 mm.
