Refrigerated counter Sagi KSB6

For a longer line of cooking equipment there is the Sagi KSB6, a six-drawer Snack refrigerated counter, 1850 mm wide, on which modular cooking appliances are placed. It comes without a worktop. The drawers take GN 1/1, and the cabinet is a one-piece AISI 304 stainless-steel structure.

Cooling is fan-assisted with automatic defrost, and the thermometer-thermostat with digital display sets the temperature between 0 and +10 °C. Internal corners are rounded, the press-formed bottom has a drain hole, the evaporator is anti-corrosion treated and the insulation is 55 mm.

As a heavy-duty cabinet it is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. Gross volume 285 litres, net 90 litres, energy use 2.53 kWh per 24 h, refrigerant R290 and refrigerating capacity 317 W (at −10 °C). External dimensions 1850 × 690 × 570 mm, adjustable feet 105–155 mm, net weight 138 kg.
