Refrigerated counter KTL-1221

The KTL-1221 is the cabinet-led version of the 1200 mm counter: two doors and just one drawer. Each of the two compartments has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans, and the drawer takes a single 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan. Along the back of the worktop, a raised cold well holds seven GN 1/6 pans beneath an acrylic glass lid.

The drawer opens to 110% on runners with a retraction lock, and shelves for the compartments can be ordered to sit on the runners. Controls are a digital thermostat with automatic defrost; the 29 kg refrigeration unit runs on R290 (130 g) and is quick to swap out.
