Its ten identical drawers each hold one 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, giving ten pans in all. Every drawer opens to 110% so pans can be lifted in and out cleanly, and the runners carry a retraction lock and can be replaced quickly.
At the back of the worktop, a raised cold well with an acrylic glass lid takes nine GN 1/6 pans. Digital thermostat, automatic defrost, set range +2 to +5 °C. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg and uses 130 g of R290; power draw 600 W.
