Call sales +372 5559 3678The KTL-16011 fits eleven drawers into 1600 mm, so every GN pan has a drawer of its own. Four drawers take 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and the other seven take 150 mm deep ones. The drawers open to 110% and the runners use a retraction locking system; they can be changed quickly if needed.
A raised cold well behind the worktop holds nine GN 1/6 pans and is covered by acrylic glass. A digital thermostat sets +2 to +5 °C, with automatic defrost. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg and runs on R290 (130 g).
