Eight are sized for 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and four for 150 mm pans; this model has no cabinet door. Above the worktop at the rear sits a cold well for nine GN 1/6 pans, kept covered by an acrylic glass lid.
Each drawer opens to 110%, the runners lock on retraction, and a runner can be replaced quickly when needed. Digital thermostat with a +2 to +5 °C range and automatic defrost. The 29 kg refrigeration unit is a quick-change design charged with 130 g of R290.
