Four take 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and four take 150 mm ones, while the cabinet behind the door has eight pairs of runners. The raised cold well on the back edge of the worktop holds nine GN 1/6 pans and closes with an acrylic glass lid.
Drawers open to 110%, with retraction-locking runners that are quick to change. A shelf for the cabinet can be added as an option. +2 to +5 °C on a digital thermostat, automatic defrost and a quick-change refrigeration unit.
