Each cabinet has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans; four drawers take 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and one takes a 150 mm pan. The drawers open to 110% and run on retraction-locking runners that can be replaced quickly.
A shelf resting on the runners is available as an option. Nine GN 1/6 pans fit into the cold well raised along the back, which has an acrylic glass lid. Digital thermostat (+2 to +5 °C) and automatic defrost.
The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg; R290 charge 130 g. External size 1600 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 167 kg, 600 W.
