Nine drawers take 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and two take 200 mm deep ones, so taller pans can also be kept in a drawer. A raised cold well along the back of the worktop holds ten GN 1/6 pans and has an acrylic glass lid.
Drawers open to 110% on retraction-locking runners that are quick to replace. Cooling comes from two quick-change refrigeration units of 27 kg each. A digital thermostat sets the range +2 to +5 °C, and defrosting is automatic.
