Eight are for 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans, three for 150 mm and two for 200 mm, so shallow and deep pans each have a place. All drawers open to 110% and run on retraction-locking runners that can be changed quickly if needed.
The cold well on the back edge of the worktop takes ten GN 1/6 pans and has an acrylic glass lid. Each of the two quick-change refrigeration units weighs 27 kg; the R290 charge is 100 g and power 800 W. Range +2 to +5 °C, digital thermostat, automatic defrost.
