Call sales +372 5559 3678For narrow work areas, the KTL-811 combines a cabinet section and one drawer in an 800 mm body. The cabinet has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans, and the drawer takes one 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan. A shelf to sit on the runners is available on request.
The drawer opens to 110% and its runners lock on retraction. The raised cold well at the back of the worktop takes four GN 1/6 pans and is covered by an acrylic glass lid. The quick-change refrigeration unit (29 kg) runs on 130 g of R290; a digital thermostat holds +2 to +5 °C and defrost is automatic.
