Below are seven drawers, each holding one 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan. The drawers open to 110% for easy loading; their runners have a retraction lock and are quick to replace.
A digital thermostat controls the cooling, defrost is automatic and the refrigeration unit can be exchanged quickly. Range +2 to +5 °C, R290 refrigerant 130 g, power 600 W. The stainless-steel body stands on 50 mm legs with +15 mm of adjustment.
