Refrigerated counter with a cold well KTL/FT-1214

With one cabinet section and four drawers, the KTL/FT-1214 keeps chilled ingredients right in the worktop: its cold well takes four 150 mm deep GN 1/2 pans. Each drawer holds one 150 mm GN 1/1 pan. Behind the door are eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans, which can be replaced with one height-adjustable shelf on request.

The drawers open to 110% on quick-change runners with a retraction lock. Digital thermostat (+2 to +5 °C), automatic defrost and a 29 kg quick-change refrigeration unit with R290 (130 g). The counter stands on 50 mm legs with +15 mm adjustment.
