Refrigerated counter with a cold well KTL/FT-1617

On the KTL/FT-1617, the cold well for five 150 mm deep GN 1/2 pans is set directly into the worktop. Below the 1600 mm top are one cabinet door and seven drawers, each drawer taking one 150 mm GN 1/1 pan. As standard, the cabinet has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans; one height-adjustable shelf can be specified instead when ordering.

The drawers open to 110%, and the runners have a retraction lock and are quick to change. The digital thermostat holds +2 to +5 °C, with automatic defrost. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg and contains 130 g of R290; power 600 W.
