Refrigerated counter with a cold well KTL/FT-20014

The KTL/FT-20014 puts fourteen drawers under a 2000 mm worktop: twelve for 100 mm and two for 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pans. In the worktop itself is a cold well for six 150 mm deep GN 1/2 pans. Each drawer opens to 110% so pans go in easily, and the runners lock on retraction and are quick to replace.

Two quick-change refrigeration units (2 × 27 kg) provide the cooling, controlled by a digital thermostat with automatic defrost. +2 to +5 °C, R290 100 g, 800 W. The stainless-steel counter measures 2000 × 650 × 900 mm and weighs 239 kg net.

Legs are 50 mm high with +15 mm of adjustment.
