Refrigerated counter with a cold well KTL/FT-811

The KTL/FT-811 is a narrow counter with one cabinet section and one drawer beneath an 800 mm top. The drawer is deep enough for one 200 mm GN 1/1 pan, and the cabinet has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans. A shelf for the runners can be ordered as an option.

The drawer opens to 110% on quick-change runners with a retraction lock. The cold well in the worktop takes two 150 mm deep GN 1/2 pans. A digital thermostat with automatic defrost holds +2 to +5 °C.

The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg, the R290 charge is 130 g and power 600 W. Dimensions 800 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 100 kg, legs 50 mm (+15 mm).
