The top is 60 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with soundproofing underneath. Below are doors and two drawers for GN 1/1, and the counter is 900 mm high.
The Twin body is a single piece of anti-fingerprint steel with rounded internal corners. Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost keep working in kitchens up to 40 °C, and the thermometer-thermostat has a digital display. The evaporator is anti-corrosion coated and the cooling unit pulls out.
