Description

The Premier K 3 B DL 3D 3D RU1 is a three-section Hoshizaki remote counter with two three-drawer sections next to a door. Six drawers spread small quantities finely, while the door and its two shelves take the larger stock. There is no unit on board; cooling comes from an R448A or R449A remote system through an RU1 valve.

The counter weighs 102 kg net and measures 1751 × 680 × 750 mm, with 620 W of power and a +2…+12 °C range.
