Description

The longest drawer counter in this line-up, the Hoshizaki Premier K 4 A 2D 2D 2D 2D covers 2196 mm of line with eight GN 1/1 drawers, two per section. Two or three cooks each get their own drawers right under the worktop. Net volume is 352 litres.

It uses 1.61 kWh a day, or 588 kWh a year (class A); the data gives climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% relative humidity). The counter weighs 192 kg net, is 700 mm deep and runs on R290.
