Two lockable doors define the Hoshizaki Premier KL 2 A DL DR: two GN 1/1 shelves behind each, 192 litres net in all. The lock helps where the counter stands within reach of people outside the kitchen team. The door layout keeps consumption low at 0.87 kWh per 24 h and 317 kWh a year, which is class A+.
