Counter cooler UD2-32

For larger GN 3/1 pans there is the UD2-32, a 1230 mm wide counter with two drawers, each of which can be turned into a refrigerator or a freezer at the touch of a button. The drawers take GN pans up to 150 mm deep but can also be used without pans. The top is reinforced to carry heavy countertop equipment such as fryers and ovens, up to 240 kg, and each drawer has a load capacity of 60 kg.

Fan-assisted cooling chills quickly and evenly, and automatic defrost works by airflow and electric heater. The counter is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and stands on castors. Net volume is 154 litres and gross 265 litres.
