About this product

Description

Meat needs a lower temperature than a standard refrigerator, and the Hoshizaki Premier M 140 L can be set anywhere from −5 to +12 °C. Two doors open onto 1400 litres gross and eight shelves for deep GN 2/1 pans, sized for a kitchen with a large meat stock. Fan-assisted cooling keeps the cold even and defrosting is automatic, under an electronic controller with display.

Both doors lock. Net volume 1085 litres, 1.62 kWh per 24 h (class A), 50 dBA, 1380 × 848 × 1950 mm and refrigerant R290.
