About this product

Description

The Hoshizaki Premier M W80 L DR pairs a meat cabinet's low range, down to −5 °C, with the large volume of the W80 body: 700 litres gross on 810 × 728 mm of floor. Its four shelves take wide GN 2/1 pans. The cabinet stands on 130–180 mm legs and the door locks.

Cooling is fan-assisted, defrost automatic and lighting LED. Net volume 475 litres, consumption 0.92 kWh per 24 h or 337 kWh a year (class A), noise 46 dBA and net weight 125 kg.
