The BioBasic controller has a digital temperature display, min/max memory, keypad lock and offset. Audible and visual alarms for high or low temperature and an open door; an NO/NC contact for remote and power-failure alarms. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and evaporation of defrost water.
