Its ETR-System (Extended Temperature Range) gives a set range of +2…+20 °C, so the temperature can follow the content or be raised to save energy and cut carbon emissions.
Dual Air Stream fan cooling with Adaptive Cooling Technology gives a temperature uniformity of ±0.4 °C and a pull-down to +6 °C in 30 minutes. The self-closing solid door stays open beyond 90°, locks and is reversible; inside are two full shelves and one half shelf in perforated stainless steel, with LED lighting.
The i-Care controller's 5-inch touch screen shows a live temperature graph and event list, and the built-in data logger downloads via USB. Alarms cover high or low temperature, door open, power failure and probe failure, backed by a 24 h battery and a remote-alarm dry contact.
