The temperature can be set between −25 and −5 °C, with room temperatures of +10…+35 °C. Fan-assisted air distribution keeps the cabinet temperature even, defrost is automatic and defrost water is evaporated.
The Gram controller with digital thermometer and offset raises an alarm on temperature deviation or an open door, and a voltage-free contact relays the alarm remotely. Gross volume 346 litres, energy use 2.06 kWh per 24 h, noise level 36.6 dBA. Running on R600a, the cabinet draws 154 W at 230 V / 50 Hz.
