Fan-assisted cooling distributes the cold evenly, and the defrost water is evaporated after automatic defrost. The electronic Gram controller has a voltage-free contact, E-sensor, offset and a digital thermometer. Audible and visual alarms are triggered by high or low temperature and an open door.
