Its two cupboards hold 20 pairs of runners in total, keeping trays chilled directly beneath the worktop. Alongside the cupboards is a single drawer for a 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, extending to 110% on slides with a retraction lock.
The worktop can be ordered with or without flour upstands, or in birch or stone. A digital thermostat controls cooling, defrosting is automatic and the refrigeration unit is quick-change. Temperature +2…+5 °C; refrigerant R290, 130 g; refrigeration unit weight 29 kg.
