Description

The ETPZ-140 is the larger sibling of the compact saladette: its 1358 mm worktop opening holds eight GN 1/6 containers, with a GN 1/1 compartment behind three doors. More containers mean a wider choice of toppings right at hand. The worktop is 30 mm stainless steel filled with polyurethane.

The magnetic gaskets are removable and the front panel breathes from the front. Temperature +2…+8 °C, gross volume 232 litres, 267 W, 230 V / 50/60 Hz, 75 kg net.
