Pizza prep counter KTL/P-1215

For a pizzeria or a restaurant's pizza station, the KTL/P-1215 has one cabinet door and five drawers. Four drawers are for 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and one for a 150 mm pan, and the cabinet has eight pairs of runners. The counter is 800 mm deep.

Along the back runs a raised cold well for seven GN 1/6 pans under an acrylic glass lid. Drawers open to 110% on retraction-locking runners that can be swapped quickly, and a shelf is available separately. The digital thermostat regulates the cooling between +2 and +5 °C, with automatic defrost.

The 29 kg refrigeration unit is quick to change and uses 130 g of R290. Dimensions 1200 × 800 × 900 mm, net weight 150 kg, 600 W.
