Pizza prep counter KTL/P-16010

The KTL/P-16010 pizza counter has nothing but drawers, ten of them, beneath its 1600 mm wide, 800 mm deep worktop. Each holds one 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan. For toppings, a raised cold well at the back of the worktop takes nine GN 1/6 pans and is covered by an acrylic glass lid.

The drawer runners have a retraction lock and are quick to change, and the drawers open to 110%. A quick-change refrigeration unit (29 kg, R290 130 g) and a digital thermostat hold +2 to +5 °C, with automatic defrost. Power 600 W, 230 V, 50 Hz.
