Pizza prep counter KTL/P-20013

Beneath the 2000 mm worktop of the KTL/P-20013 pizza counter are thirteen drawers. Eight take a 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, three a 150 mm pan and two a 200 mm pan, giving many separate places for shallow pans. The worktop is 800 mm deep, with a raised cold well for ten GN 1/6 pans and an acrylic glass lid along its back edge.

Drawers open to 110%; the retraction-locking runners are quick to replace. Two quick-change refrigeration units weigh 27 kg each and use R290 refrigerant (100 g). The digital thermostat holds +2 to +5 °C, and defrost is automatic.
