Pizza prep counter KTL/P-20014

For a pizza station that keeps many ingredients in shallow pans, the KTL/P-20014 provides fourteen drawers. Twelve are for 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and two for 200 mm pans; there is no cabinet door on this model. At the back of the 800 mm deep worktop is a raised cold well for ten GN 1/6 pans with an acrylic glass lid.

Drawers open to 110%, with retraction-locking runners that can be replaced quickly if needed. Two quick-change units (2 × 27 kg), R290 100 g, digital thermostat and automatic defrost; range +2 to +5 °C. Net weight 259 kg, external size 2000 × 800 × 900 mm, power 800 W.
